Gpaa claims/Camping

Just wondering if you can camp at the GPAA claims? I sent them an e-mail just haven't heard yet.

it all depends on the land status!! if its on Public land, yes you can! infact you can camp on a legal mining claim legally but you just cant remove/dig or anything pertaining to precious metals on that claim.if it is a patented claim. then its the owners private land. public land is just that! it belongs to the public! just be warned, you may hear some grumbeling if you do this, BUT its our land also! and you dont need to belong to the gpaa to do so!

if you are camping on a claim be it private or gpaa, and if you are not a member of gpaa, you better not have any mining equipment in your possession. You will be considered as a claim jumper and could face charges. Be careful.

BLM/FS set the limits ,not legally, but they do it anyway. Usually 15 days in 6 months-JUST A RULE A THUMB. Anyone can hunt,camp,atv,fish and shoot on your claims and you have no right to stop'm unless dangerous to you physically or in the midst of your op-John
