Recovery story. This happened about 15 years ago. A good friend called and asked if I might be able to find a ring. His daughter wore a ring to school that she wasn't supposed to because it had belonged to her grandmother. After school she stopped by a park to play with friends and took off the ring so she wouldn't lose it. Somehow she managed to drop it. It was dark when we got to the park, but she knew the approximate area she was in when she took it off. In less than 5 minutes we discovered the ring. She started to cry with relief. Not an expensive ring. Just an old silver ring with plenty of meaning. It was the most rewarding recovery I ever made.
