Finally got out to detect at my grandparents a little and found a nice brass lock and an old perfume container.



I'll have to get a pic of the perfume container later.

Be sure to look in the places where people might dig through their pockets, where they may have sat on the lawn or in chairs, walked a lot, driveways, under porches, etc... Good luck - I'd be willing to bet there is old stuff out there!

Groovy lock! Just now went to mirage83's link to learn more about it - sounds rare! Couple years ago I dug top half of very similar key in a park that gave up very little. Gotta get back there to try to find groovy lock like yours, lol. Yours is definitely one of the nicest locks I've seen anywhere - Congrats! Andi
