Relic Hunting
Finally got permission to hunt a colonial period home here in south jersey.been waiting years to hunt around the house.the lady who lived there did'nt want me hunting there because she was afraid i would get hurt and sue her.when she passed away a few months ago i asked her son to hunt the area and he said yes! i started behind the house in the field and it did'nt take long for the large copper to appear.within the first 5 minutes i had my first and after another hour i found 3 more.looks to be 2 king george's and a classic head and one i can't make out until i clean it better.it started to rain so i had to leave but was i really happy with the limited time i was there.looks like this spot is going to be fun to hunt.there's about 10 acres to hunt so it should keep me busy for a while.

I'd take that! Now go back and get a few relics, and a couple more coins.

The busts are actualy different. The top left is the older style, and right the young George II bust. ( 1730s ish)

Where the Georgies now dwell, Colonial silver once fell! :laughing9: :headbang:

That make six KG's found in Jersey this week :o ,2010 may be a very interesting year in the Original 13 colonies.. :laughing7: Congrats , CMD

Sweet spot and nice coins. Good luck on your next hunt, you know
it's holding more.
