Hello everyone,
This week has started out great for me. Yesterday, I stayed local and managed to find a merc, a rosie, 20+ wheaties, and a '35 Walker Half, my third of the year so far. Seeing that large silver coin at the bottom of your 7" hole is just priceless. Today, I went to Irvine Park with one of my md'ing buddies and found 4 rosies in a wooded area. They were all found in about a 2ft diameter next to a fallen oak tree. The big silver ring was found on a short hunt on Sunday along with a rosie and 25 wheaties. It was down about 5"; I thought for sure it was a silver quarter; I think it's twice as heavy as one. So not a bad start to the week.
All my finds in the pic were made with my Explorer SE and Sunray's Stealth X-8" coil.
Total oldies:
1 '35 Walker Half
6 Rosies
1 Merc
56 wheaties
Happy 4th of July to all !!!!!!
