only had a Lil free time today, so I took my new/used cz3d to the oldest most challenging place I know of..my mothers house, I call it the iron pit, 100 and something year old farm house. I know the cz loves old deep iron and that makes me happy because I know goodies hide in/under it.
found some assorted things, and 1 buffalo under a bolt at 9 inches..that makes me really happy!
I think its a 36 or 3? still dirty...used Coilygirls nose grease tip..works great thanks Coily!

I can't wait to get more free time, considering the vast amounts of coins I've pulled from there since 78'.

Aye, a man unafraid to challenge the impossible; the kind of inspirational post I like to read. A nickel at 9" is no small feat either, even without a bolt in the way.

nice job at finding them!

Sweet Buff!!....I wish mine came out with some of the color still on them, Mine are always dark black.

I enjoy hunting those types of homes, there's something great about finding that sweet relic in the middle of all the iron!

That's good hunting; finding the goodies under the trash that is.
Congrats.

Great start with new unit ,especially on the nickle. Ummmm, you have some dirt or something on your nose.:laughing7:
Used to oil metal ferrules on fishing rods along the nose. Sometimes had green streaks awhile....

Thank you for sharing your hunt and those pictures with us.

Nice Buffalo! It's one thing, having a good spot. Even better, when it's family property!
