Well, since no one said it:

Happy Halloween!

We have had 12 trick-or-treaters thus far. It's 8:15 PM in Dallas. Got a good variety of kids costumes too. Course we always have the cowboys and Indians. My 5 year old granddaughter dressed up like a bride with too much makeup for my taste (her mother's fault). I would have prefered her to be a nurse, doctor, professor of history . . . .

Happy Halloween Apush. The kids are done here for the night, it's 9:23. We had at least 100 kids here, many come in large groups. My 2 year old granddaugher went out with her daddy for the 1st time. Don't ask me what her costume was.

Geez! 100 kids! Wow. Never had that many! Great your grandbaby got to have her first trick-or-treat!

If you are like me, my bet is that some of that silver ends up in your grandbaby's hands someday!
