Found this today at an CW farm/hospital sight. It's non magnetic and is 2 3/4" from back to front, 2/1/2" high. I'm thinking maybe a coat or hat rack? It is kind of greenish. Just scratched it and it's brass. Also has a screw at the bottom of the flush side (rear)
