Have You Lost Your Marbles? I Found One and Other Stuff

When I found the marble on top of the ground, I figured I had my post title that fit with our times. Meanwhile, I found this folding comb. Any idea how old? I also found this old spoon that has a good patina - and the top of this old bottle. Any idea on the bottle age based on the thickness and look? I added one other photo - wondering if this movie virus could take out our current virus.
