While I am of little help as well, the Tudor Rose specimens are either buttons or cuff links likely worn by Loyalists. However, the link below might give you some decent info on these and other buttons. military and otherwise.

I dug some of those cufflinks near La Plata, Maryland back in the late 1960's.
