Radio shack sells one with Vol. control, so I have been told without control the ace phones are super loud! I only hunt woods so I did not buy them yet though. too many sticks and branches I get hung up enough without them.

My favorite phones for best value & durability the Koss KTXPRO1 at Radio Shack about $30 with occasional 1/2 price sales. Also some mail order places as cheap as $19 shipped. They have a long straight thin cord with inline volume control. They have a lifetime warranty. That thin cord worried me at first but I've snagged them several times & they keep on working. I think they have some others called KTXPRO that don't have a volume control so if mailorder be sure which they are. These are lightweight on the ear type headphones. HH, George (MN)

No volume control on the Ace...loud as heck and it will sing on a target.
