Hey guys I am new to this site as well as metal detecting. I am looking for a good detector for under $200. So far I have looked at the Tesoro Compadre and the Bounty Hunter Quicksilver. If anybody has anything to say about these two or any other suggestions they are all welcome. THANKS

Welcome to the forums. You might also consider the Fisher F2 and Garrett Ace 250, they are just a tad over $200.
