Help Id a bone artifact

Came out of a mud bog swamp area. Found other artifacts there also along with other bone and 3 deer skull caps with antlers removed. Im thinking its a bone dagger or something of the sort. It is broken so would have been longer. You can also see one side has been grooved out. Its to squared off to be natural. Thoughts, Ideas.

That does indeed look like a bone knife. I’ve found dozens of flint arrowheads and hardstone tools. Unfortunately bone doesn’t survive in our acidic soil. The Indians no doubt had loads of bone and wooden artifacts. It’s too bad we don’t find those now. We’re only getting a partial picture of what they had and used. Your bog preserved that one. Nice find!👍🏻

Some type of tool but not sure what. Looks too squared off for a knife but who knows. I have a lot of broken bone pins and a few whole ones. They are much smaller than that.

There is a paleo tool called a Beamer, could be one of those.
