Nhbenz is correct. Here's what I wrote in one of the (many) past discussions of that button here in the What-Is-It forum:
Yes, it is a modern-era button. It is from a man's Sportscoat, in this case almost certainly from a golfing jacket. It shows the emblem of the Royal Black Heath Golf Club, a famous one which is located in Scotland. The presence of the emblem doesn't mean it is actually from there, it's just a popular emblem for Sportscoat buttons. Several other diggers here at TreasureNet have found the same type of button and posted it in the What-Is-It forum in the past.
