help me out on the odd one!

I think I posted this one about a year ago but never got a clear answer on it. I've always been stumped on it and never really figured out what or if it was used for hunting or decoration. What do you guys think? Thanks for looking! Found In NC.

What's with the Clorox? I have found one complete jug, and about 3 broken. All of them looked old school. Brown, with Clorox protruding from the glass. I sat one of them on a stump to be picked up on my way back through. Darkness caught me and I couldn't find the bottle again. I'm sure it's a goner. Flooded!

They were extremely common throughout the first half of the 20th century. People who took up napping glass as a hobby found that the bases of those worked well as a preform for knapping points. They still do.

I don't know man... it looks like a heavly resharpened Morrow mountain to me. I can't explain how thin it is that's what has me stumped... it would be thicker if resharpened ..with more bevel...?

I think it's a quartz Morrow Mountain, crued but nice to find in quartz.

I can't say the gun flint theory is wrong. but, personally, I feel it's unlikely. It looks like a small scraper to me. That's just my $.02 and its probably not even worth that. Lol! Sweet find buddy!
