Its round and separates to expose the stamp which says: RC Oct 18 1969. Its silver and has a little clasp on top that is pulled to open it.

First thing that poped into my mind was "Royal Crown" cola. I don't know if it's still around, but it use to be better than coke or pepsi when I was a kid, back in the 50's.

Thanks Sub but Im still not sure and it was brought to my attention that it might be a seal if some kind and not a stamp. The mystery continues.

I dont know its another idea. Whether its a stamp commemorating an event on that date or maybe a seal of some kind.
