I found this coin and have exhausted my research to correctly id it. The obverse does look like Benjamin Franklin, the reverse looks like a women looking right, with shield holding scales, the scales usually represent New York. Any help in it's id is appreciated

It's a John Wilkinson Halfpenny circa. 1790s (British - Condor/trade Token) Just have to match it.

IPs correct.

No date for this issue but its either side (by 1 year) of 1791.
