Pictures aren’t brilliant, one side looks like a cross, and the other a coat if arms? Found in the uk

I think its either copper or bronze, there is some sort of writing around the edge, but cannot make out what it says?!

Hammered cons where the type of coins used up to the 17th century. They were hammered with a hammer.
