This button was marked on a card I bought as a German WW II Prisoner of War Button. I have found a number of these German gold pebbled buttons online, saying they were Officer buttons, but, none of them had the markings as this one does. It has a number 63, two stair step lines in a circle, and another circle wirh what appears to me to be initials RzM or R2M? Thank you for any assistance.

RZM stands for Reichszeugmeisterei, or basically Quartermaster, SS for Schutzstaffe or Protection Squadron, 63 is thought to be the code for Steinhauer & Lück (Manufacturer).

As for if it's a real one or reproduction, that I can't say. WWII German artifacts are a minefield and highly faked.
