The bad thing on a date for it is it came from a site my late father & I hunted together,which had Native American Items,colonial, through to the early 1800's.So it's one of those sites it be hard for me to say hey this was the time frame of you know.

IMHO, you wont get an issuance date for this item though you may get an ID as to which Pope is represented.
Obviously, the coin/token could have been issued at any time during or after this Pope's Papacy.

I can say for sure it will not be something from the 20th century.We hunt rivers & water way miles from modern day settlements.And these places aren't somewhere you would just go have a picnic either. Last hunt which isn't far from where this was found to show the only way there...
