I was going to build a highbanker from wood, does anyone have any good plans for this.

maybe consider using 3/16 ABS plastic! very light,fairly cheap, heat to bend it,glue it together with ABS adhesive and itll never comeapart! i made my 4 inch over/under sluice/flair with this this past winter and im happy i did it. my original sluice/flair went from 65 lbs. (alum.) to 30 lbs (ABS). you can bend it with a sheetmetal break but you must bend it sslloowwly or itl crack. once you have it bent to what you want, youll need to apply a thin seem of ABS adhesive to the bent area to fill in the small cracks that have formed. or you can heat it to bend it but that almost takes two people to really do a good job. im happy i made mine! i only wish these rains/floods in the midwest would stop so i can get out to use it!
