Hi from North Carolina!

I will be a newbie to metal detecting (upcoming Christmas present....). My family has up to 10 acres of land I can detect on. The land has civil war and Native American history. Thought I would study up here while I wait to get my detector. Best wishes to you and yours!

Welcome to Tnet. I slipped down from Charlotte last week and hunted in Robeson and Scotland counties... probably drove right by your house!

Best of luck to you and your new hobby!
