Hillshade/LiDAR mobile

Does anybody know how to go about getting hillshade maps on a mobile phone app? I'd really like to use some stuff from the National Map on my phone, but I can't find any good explanation for how to do that. Has anybody done that before?

Ditto. I couldn't find any apps, so just saved the website to the Home Screen. Which makes it kinda act like an app, even though it isn't.

Hey everybody, I just wanted to update this post. There's an app called Spartan Forge that has 1m lidar maps. It costs $60 a year, but if you look around you can find a discount code. The best deal I found was $12 off for the code DIY or JOHNNY. The app is actually for hunting, but it has property boundaries and lidar maps, which is pretty useful for me.
