How do I convert Bmp to jpeg images?

You need a converter.....Here are some free ones, try them, see which one you like best.....

START > ALL PROGRAMS > ACCESSORIES > PAINT (Assuming you have Windows as your Operating System, you should have Paint)

Open the file you want to convert then

File > Save As > and select the file type you want to save it as...........

You can use paint, but I personally never liked it....I prefer after market programs..... I don't like the editing options of paint....

Agreed - my personal preference is Photoshop. But, for raw simplicity, to convert files for posting, etc., Paint is Free & EASY

Use Pull down menu to Choose JPEG

Hey Molly….I am running window XP…..If the photo is already the right size just open it and preview it. Click the copy button and change it from BMP to Jpeg in the pop up box…Save it and now you have two copies…Art

But it opens up in paint hon. I'm not familar with paint. I have it now thankyou sweetie..
