How do you split your Gold?

Say you bring a friend to dig with you at your spot with all your equipment, whether it's sluicing,dry washing, etc, what % of the findings do you share? What do you think is a fair %?

When it's just for fun (and with me it is) it's 50/50 or if just a little color they can have it all.
