'Found this stickin' out of the creek bank today. It looks old, but I can't pinpoint it. Any help would be appreciated. :unhappysmiley: IMG_0848.webp

I found these Rolling Rock bottles out there too. 'Probably not old, but I thought they looked neat.

These "steinies" were popular in the 40-50's era, what are the numbers to the right and left of the Owen Illinois Co. symbol? The Rolling Rock link is no good...

There's a 3 on the left and an 8 on the right.

I'm thinking 1948 fits perfectly for this bottle...

Trying the Rolling Rocks again.

They both look 1960-70ish to me

Yup. An ad I found for Schaefer from the 40's matches it, so 1948. Thanks!
