how to down size picture?

& Choose Open With...

I HAVE THE PICTURE IN JPG

here is the way I resize my pics.
okey dokey! this is how ya do it- - -
right click on pick you want to size
scroll down to" open with" & click Paint
image will appear in paint window
go up to left hand corner of window & click on Image
click on stretch/skew
new window will open with boxes
in horizontal box put in 25
in vertical put in 25 & click ok
your pic should be resized make sure you save as, I use title & email so I can find it easily. any problems let me know. hope this helps

I had the same problem with 1/2 of my pc photo programs I found a free online site lunapic.com and you can upload any photo and resize, then save it to another file. It is a pain, but FREE

When I resize my pics. I put card card into the computer. Then I go into my computer and go to my file. click on pics and when they cme up I chose my pic and then when it comes up pick the pictue button and it will ask what you want to do I choose resize then take it down o the size I want then save......Matt
