The black hole between Montana and Colorado.
Detector(s) used
Truffle seeking pig modified for metal.

The results have been so-so

When the pig fails me (which is often), I am relegated to a CTX3030 *sigh*. Like the dark ages or something.

Welcome from NY!

Hello all,

New to the boards here. I have been detecting for a few years, but I am spending way too much money and upgrading my equipment.
Hoping to hit some super secret locations very soon. Well, once it thaws and the snow vanishes.

I'm in Casper (About 4 hours from Flaming Gorge).

I have never done any searching around there, but I know some excellent (at least in my mind) places that would be fun.

Ohhhhh yes. Driving through there tomorrow at 6am as a matter of fact. The booming metro-plex LOL. :tongue3:

man,I love that bar.got lost on poison spider road to the south.

It is an interesting area. I work for Motorola and maintain the statewide public safety radio system (WyoLink). I usually drive 1Kish miles a week and it seems like way too many of them are through Hiland and Moneta.

Hell's half acre is neat though.
