HUGE Gold Nugget Found!

This 177 troy ounce gold nugget (5,505 grams - 5.5kgs) was found by a prospector with a hand held metal detector near Ballarat, Victoria, Australia this week!!!

I'll bet he's smarter than the guys who found biggies in Sudan. They chomped theirs up to split it between themselves. These things are worth a lot more than spot as specimens to collectors.

It would hard to sell that baby once you held it. I would just be thinking, "I'll never hold anything like this again." I would be 50% wanting to hold onto it for a while.
