Hello Tnet members!

I managed to get out for a hunt with some friends a couple days ago. Lots of rain here in Florida means the rivers are flooded, but the creek hunting is good. We managed to find a new spot that hasn't been hunted before and pulled some very nice fossils out. If you're interested in the video, here it is:

If you're not interested in watching the video, here's a bunch of the finds (but not all):

Here's where I doubled up with 2 megalodon teeth in the same screen, nearly touching one another!

Hope you enjoy!

Your creek is LOADED! What a great spot. Nice finds!

Man you killed it those are some awesome finds ..... I go every summer to a cabin here in Maryland (Calvert cliffs) and hunt for them but the big ones are few and far between. That’s a great spot you found .... keep an eye out for arrowheads too

Nice finds. Congrats

Awesome! Do you want to sell any? My 5 years old son collects shark teeth.

Is that from the Peace River

That's incredible. Hard to believe such bigs sharks could survive in a creek like that.

That's sure a very productive hunt! :icon_thumleft:

Fantastic hunt. What a super bunch of finds. That could become addicting.

What part of Florida? I've got family in Tampa and Daytona...took the kids to Venice beach this summer and came away with a jar of fossilized shark teeth but nothing that BIG...congratz!

Really cool, impressive finds! I get so focused on finding things with my detector, I forget that there is a whole universe of other non-metallic things to discover! Congrats!

That's Awesome!!!! Congrats!!!!

Looks like you got bitten while hunting in the creek... sorry Cris, I couldn't resist! :laughing9:

Very cool prehistoric teeth, be careful the next time you wade into the creek though. :laughing7:

My brother was working somewhere down in Los Angeles up on a hill and he was finding shark teeth all over the jobsite. The area must have been pushed up during a quake at sometime.

Now thats a different type of treasure hunting ! Outstanding. I could not wait to see what you pulled from the screen next. Very nice video.
