Did a quick run to a couple of basement pits that were in an area used during the Revolution and during WW2, got some awesome hits for silver/gold 4 inches down. Cleared about three inches then wham! Solid block of ice. I tried all means necessary to try and melt it just a little, even wee wee'd on it...nada...

I guess the metal detecting gods have it out for me after that coin cache that I've found...:BangHead: This string of bad luck must end..

well better luck next time
a few years back the mxt sang 50 cents tried to dig but the ground was frozen like a rock in the summer
I remembered the spot went back
just to dig up a copper pipe a bout 4 inches long it's still worth some than but I was hoping for a walking liberty
ya right if that's ever going to happen Ooo some day i suppose...
