Hi gang.

I was out for an hour at an old farm house this am and, found this medal.
I washed it off and hit the electrolysis on it for a few minutes and then put some
olive oil on it to protect it after.
Does anyone know what this is? Here is the best pic I could get of the front
as well, as the back.
Please help me find out what this is.
Thanks!!!!

really neat medal !!!
i can see something about
the mexican revolution on it...

It says American Exposition...

It's from the 1901 Pan-American Exposition held in Buffalo, NY... possibly an advertising token made in imitation of an official medal awarded at the expo. Can't read enough of the lettering to identify it more precisely. It looks as if one word may be "Bellows." If so, there is a Bellows Falls, Vermont medal from that expo.

--- like most "used" collector items its worth as much as they will give you for it and as little as you will take for it ---when the two amounts "cross" --thats whats its worth.

Commemorative coin perhaps
