I have decided to sell some of my coin collection.

I would keep together unless you have something unique like a Type 1 proof Franklin goes for some good money in any grade. Also check Mercury dime for Full bands but I don’t think I would break up set for that one.

Research SOLD items on eBay like yours, take clear detailed photos and set either buy it now or a high auction starting bid slightly above average. I have started some auctions at what I thought was a good buy it now price and have been pleasantly surprised sometimes. Don’t forget you will be charged roughly %14 in fees.

Also a good way to show clarity in proof coins or any proof like coins is to place on a book with normal black and white pages to show the quality of luster and reflection in coins.
Very good selling point if you can read letters in the reflection.

I have been using eBay for 15 years and the fees don’t bother me, I just build them into the price along with shipping.

Good Luck on the sale! :icon_thumleft:
