at First I Thought they remove a Booger from the Table.
But they Do it Too Much , Plus on another Video, It appeard too be a Chalk Stick.

Someone walks up & Puts a chalk Marks on the Table ?

in the Middle of a Game ?

They do that in a Real Game, They would be Thrown out & A new cloth
put on

Hmmm I Decided to try Google:
