I'm not talking a child's plastic Toy.
the Solar ones must be pointed at the Sun to Work.
& probably give as much air as a dog breathing in your Face.





but perhaps something with serious power options

LOL I'm good at thinking it up.
But when it comes to the blue prints and manufacture forget it

I wouldn't think twice about Shelling out $50.00 for a Good strong Battery operated one though.

Of course Weight would matter If it needed to be Clipped on a Cap
Would almost need to be strapped on like the Camera otherwise
