Ill never make Kirks top 25 with these kinds of finds!!!

I'll never make Kirk's top 25 with these kinds of finds!!!

Went to my farm spot at lunch. I crawled around in the weeds, briar's, and cob webs behind one of the small barns, and only came up with these finds today.
I know...very sad indeed.

Found:
*Old padlock (possibly 1800's?).
*Old clear bottle.
*Part of a Raleigh vaccine tag.
*A button with the words "Best * Ring * Edge" on it.
*A lead shot.
*A whats-it round piece with two prongs (I thought it was a button ) .
*A 2 quarter pocket spill that I about soiled myself on! I thought I had finally found some old coins, and they turned out to both be 1968. That sucked.

Anyways, I'm still out there plugging away. I know there's a cache there somewhere.

i found a 1919SLQ, a 1916merc and 2 large cents in one hunt and still didnt make that list!! haha since then ive been slumpin` and i KNOW i wont be on it now!........maybe next year!

i found a 1919SLQ, a 1916merc and 2 large cents in one hunt and still didnt make that list!! haha since then ive been slumpin` and i KNOW i wont be on it now!........maybe next year!

If you didn't make it with those finds, then I have no chance in h-ll getting on that list.
I think the top 25 list may only consist of White's users? I see neither you or I have a White's.
That's o.k., we'll start our own "Bottom 25 list".

On the bottles I find, I let them soak in water a few hours to loosen up any dirt, then I fill the them 1/2 full with water, a squirt of dishsoap, and some aquarium gravel, and just keep shaking it around until all the gunk is cleaned off the inside walls. It seems to work great.
