She lies in 210' of water. The cargo consisted of 17 tons of Mexican gold, silver and jewels that the president of Mexico was shipping to safety before he was overthrown in a coup. The Merida was 400 foot long with a 50 foot beam and weighed 6207 tons.

Pete, wasn't that ship salvaged?

Yes it was salvaged 13 years after it sank but they only got one silver bar off the wreck.

Hey Captain... There was only one Flipper on the TV Show that ran from 1964 to 1967! My question is, how did you get two of them and more importantly, how did you get them on your' feet? I hope your' goggles are those cool looking goggles that the Minions wear!
