I'm not sure how this will turn out... wish me luck $1800 in halves
First time poster and first time at halves
I have done really well on sorting pennies and looking for rares. I bought a 1999 wide AM yesterday at work for $1.
Should have seen the kids eyes when I offered him $1 for penny.
For the halves - I might get skunked, I might not.
I talked to a vault manager at a local bank and they have collected over $1800 in halves that have been taken in over the last two years or so.
Very small bank in a grocery store. She mentioned that it's not all from one customer so lets see how this goes.

Not sure why they held on to $1800 worth of halves for two years in a grocery store, but stranger things have happened!
