Incredible Hunt

Thursday I looked one of my favorite fields. The person who lets me hunt it said that I could look between 10:00 and 3:00 because of turkey hunters. The land had been bottom plowed and had had lots of rain. These were found during the 4-hour hunt. I am looking forward to going back since I did not begin to finish looking the field.

The ax at the bottom is the nicest one I have found. The little triangle point is made of quartz. You can see through most of it.

Very nice finds. I would definitely be hitting that spot as often as I could right after each rain.

Twig!! you are not the only insitu junkie, thanks fore trying to help get more of them posted. Americus!! i am still studying your point, point int first photo. that is the way i like a post to be, looks more like you posted every thing you found not just the best as so many do on here!!!!!! are you sure you do not need to go back and cross walk your tracks before the next rain? i do some times with good luck when i have found some good artifacts but my field hunting places are limited. You did have an incredible hunt, definitely on to remember. All the pieces in the 4th picture look like they could have been part of a cache.
