Indian grading?

I saw this online, and I think it's undergraded. I think I'm going to buy it. What would you grade it?

Probably a good choice on your part! It appears to be graded correctly but the spotting probably from handling, does deter the eye appeal of the coin. It is possble that it is a Variety of which I am unaware of as it was struck with a pitted Reverse Die and which is very apparent when viewing the left side of the wreath.

I wouldn't have graded it that high. Nice strike but the blemishes detract from the eye appeal.

Yowza, 64RD? I'd call that a 63 RB.

From a technical grading standpoint this coin most certainly is a MS65, decent strike with no distracting hits. PCGS market grades coins on what they think they will bring on the market and the blemishes certainly take away from the eye appeal for sure, take it for what you will but i feel this coin would not bring anymore than MS64 money upon resale.
