indian penny from 1800's

I just happen to be at my wife's parents house with my detector and thought to just look around their yard. Went toward a very old pine tree close to three feet in diameter out by the road and got a target going around the tree and stopped to dig. Dug a plug 8 inches square with a shovel I borrowed (forget mine) and shaved off a couple inches on to a piece of plywood and nothing there. So I just lifted it over the plywood and shook it, out came a dark penny. Picked it up to see a date and saw a ONE CENT on it, oh boy wheat penny I thought so I turned it over and saw a Indian head. Grabbed my small magnifying glass I carry with me on my belt and saw a 1879 DATE, wow was I excited ran to my wife and told her, she said it was a great find. I also found a small tin tea cup she had as a child with her sister. I don't think I will ever find a older Indian penny anywhere for along time, bit you never KNOW. For those of you wondering if there where any more in or around the hole, YES I went around that tree six more times just hoping to find any more. So far that was the only ONE.
