While looking for points at my father’s property I seen this somewhat large rock on a creek bend half way in the dirt. Definitely look like an old face carving but not the professional on these. The property had a few campsites that was bulldozed into the creek area back in the 70s which I recovered tons of worked pieces and points. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated!

Your picture is difficult to see, but I can give you some feedback. Faces are not a very common prehistoric feature. I have only seen one in my 30 years of serious interest, which includes several published works. That one was most likely historic and associated with African American slaves. You will see petroglyphs and pictographs, but they are two dimensional. Three dimensional carvings will be for daily use areas, I.e. deep nutting stones or bathing/water capturing areas. If you are not in the south the types of art you find may vary.

Mother nature made it not man, you are seeing face/head because of what is called pareidolia.
