East Texas, Piney woods area found this stuff in the woods, no houses around. Any help identifying would be appreciated! Thanks for your time. I was trying to clean the knife up a bit, but I kept loosing pieces of the bone, or wood that was left on it so I quit.

The top item in the first picture looks like it might be an old screen door latch?

Thank you for taking the time to reply, the top item is a very heavy piece of cast iron, I googled vintage door latches, but can't figure out what you are thinking, if you would have the time could you please send me a link or a picture of what you are thinking. Thanks Again!

Let me see if I can find a picture for you. I have one in the shed just no way of taking a picture.
I've never seen one in cast iron only tin?

Looks like a Barlow knife.

Not a "barlow" knife. Barlows have a long front bolster which this knife does not. Pattern is called a curved swell end jack knife on the found item, and likely the maker will never be known due to rust.
