Good Morning Everyone!

Sounds like you've got a job that would present all sorts of MD'ing opportunities! Man you're the right guy in the right job! An MD'er who knows where the ground is getting cut!Junkophile said:I'm not hurting too bad right now, got work atleast till the end of summer. After that who knows. I work for a company that specialise in building tennis courts and athletic field events. As long as they keep building new schools and upgrading old ones, I'm good. State and fedral budget cuts to schools and parks would hurt us. The private sector also is important.
I try not to worry too much anymore. I grew up poor and still am it seems, so any impact on my lifestyle is minimum. I'm also a practicing survivalist of sorts whose mentally been preparing for the worst case scenerios for years. I been through hard times before and will go through them again. It's just life.
I try to look at the current trends as a chance to test my faith and abilities. It does seem odd to me so many members of this forum would be feeling so down. I always figured Treasure Hunters were eternal optimists, no matter how much clad or how many pull tabs we find, we still keep searching. Full of hope that the next swing of the MD will lead us to the find of a lifetime.
Sooner or later we'll get past all the pull tabs and find gold.![]()

They live everyday blissfully unaware of anything beyond the borders of their little village. Hunting, fishing and caring for their own will always be their biggest concerns, ever.
They never worry about starving millions in Africa, oppressed societies in far corners of the world, comets hitting the Earth, government corruption, gas prices, etc. etc.
National Geographic estimates there are roughly 60 tribes worldwide who have never had contact with the outside world. In a way, I envy them.
