Is this $2 bill anything special?

I asked for halves at the banktoday, but the teller said that she had some two dollar bills. I took them and I found this one. The number on the reverse of it is 1. A while back I think that someone posted something about them. Do any of you know if this is anything special?

The 1 is just the plate number. All bills have plate numbers, you can closely inspect any bill in your wallet and find that it has plate numbers. There should be a plate number on the other side of the bill but it won't necessarily be the same number. Plate numbers could be anything from a 1 digit number to a 4 digit number. So you $2 bill is just a regular $2 bill, unless the serial number is low.
