Found at overgrown site today at lunch break. It's rather small. Didn't know if it was a component of something electrical or automotive or a whistle . It's brass.

If I dug it I would be thinking (if hollow) a wire connector crimp of sorts.

Looks like a prong to hook up trailer lights to a wire harness.
