Ok today was a crazy hunt started off very poorly. Problem was I had a big day planned!
Today after heavy rain was to be a very good day....but I had to work for it and change location to get my 100 coins. Well it is either 101 same number as other day or 102 counting the penny/zoo token on bottom of page. Also 2 wheaties a 45 and a 56-d next to zoo token. I did not count the zoo token so it is 101 again...but 1 1/2 hours longer than other day.......Also when I got home and counted only had 99! After a few hours sleep it was yard time for 2 coins and the zoo token, finally 100 was cleared for second time this week. Will pass 5000 coins next week. Total $5.60

I will have to add to each hunt and do extra hunts to get to 10,000 for year....should be interesting.
So I wanted 100 and fired up detector and went in yard. Added 2 dimes and the elongated smashed penny is from the local zoo! Turned out my 8 year old was looking at my finds and said >>>"dad I lost that in the yard". I told him it must be his because that is where I found it. I have found one silver St Chris. this year.
