Here are my finds from January no Silver yet, no thanks to Tom my bud on the seattle side, last week he got a 38 schilling and a standing liberty, silver is hard to find in eastern Wa, oh well 29 degree weather doesn't help much HH

The knife looks like it is missing the wood insert.
Is it missing both sides?

It looks like a gerber, the same knife I have used for
hunting since I bought one in 1974, they are valuable in good shape.

You have a great group of items. I like the knife too. I like finding personal items-ties you to the past better.

Good finds. Where you located in E. Wash? My home town is in East. Oregon.....do you know Elgin, Oregon? My Mom still lives there, but I have lived, on and off for the past 30 years, in S. Korea. Keep researching. Lots of history in our neck of the woods. Speaking of woods, have you ever hunted any of the old logging sites near you? A little research and you will find that many, many old logging camps dating into the 20s 30s exist. My Dad and Mom, first married, lived in one of them, deep into the hills above LaGrande, over one year. Never hunted there, as I have been here. But, sure to find coins. Good luck. Keep me posted on anything that you find. Am interested.
