Just a rock?

Another creek find. At first I thouhgt this was fossilized bone, after a rinse in the creek I realized it was Quartzite. Maybe a tool or knife? Any opinions welcome. Thanks.

If you found it in a creek----then I would guess natural. I think the material is a mixture of limestone and quartz. Thanks for posting!
