Just got back a little while ago from my sweet spot ! I found some more goodies ! Gotta'em all spit shinned and everything ! lol I found all these in the same lot/yard where the old house was.I still got more to search too ! I found a Buffalo nickle ! 1928 i think .The date is pretty worn down . & a sterling spoon !!!! :o ;D .I think they bulldozed the place with lots of stuff left in there ! I wish i had permisson to search the house before it got torn down. :'( oh well !

Thats funny, my daughter found the same laxitive container at a railroad coaling station we hunted this past spring! Even was crushed in the same way. Nice finds.

Actually the container is supposed to look that way LOL thats how it was made.

You're doing a great job at that old house site.I can only imagine the amount of trash that you must of dug to make those finds.Nice spit shine on the digs. ;D

That button is nice Reddie, take a close up & post it in WHAT IS IT & im sure PBK & others can give you an exact date on it. You are doing very well at this site, Id keep goin back til all the trash is gone, turn up your sensitivity & look fer the deep stuff! Good luck! :)

Just got word from PBK that this button was introduced in 1902 and is still in use today .

The "Elsie" charm is my favorite.Cool finds,now do what the Mighty AP said and crank up that sensitivity to full power,all metal and dig all signals! Hey was this South African right about the button? well if it is not civil war, it comes from some war i'm sure... Just look at the wounded above the button, he did not lose a leg just from writing on forums ;D
